ON TRACK DIECAST – SHIPPING POLICY
1. Delivery Destinations
  • We deliver exclusively to addresses within the United Kingdom.
  • This includes England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
  • We do not ship to international addresses or freight forwarders.
2. Processing and Dispatch Times
  • In-stock orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders are not processed or dispatched on weekends or Bank Holidays.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once dispatched. [1, 2]
3. Shipping Rates and Options
  • All orders are delivered securely using Royal Mail.
  • Express Delivery: £6.00 flat rate (Takes 1–2 working days). [1]
  • Standard Delivery: Takes 3–5 working days, with tiered pricing based on order value:
    • Orders up to £20.00: £3.00
    • Orders from £20.01 to £40.00: £2.00
    • Orders over £40.00: FREE
4. Pre-Order Shipping
  • Pre-orders are paid in full at checkout.
  • They ship immediately via Royal Mail once manufacturer stock arrives.
  • Release dates are estimates and subject to manufacturer delays.
  • Mixed Orders: If you buy in-stock and pre-order items together, we hold the entire order until all items arrive.
  • To get in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.
5. Packaging and Transit Security
  • Diecast models feature delicate parts and fragile window boxes.
  • We use sturdy boxes, bubble wrap, and packing materials.
  • This ensures your model arrives in perfect collector condition.
6. Damage in Transit
  • Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.
  • Report any exterior box or model damage to our team within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at Shop@OnTrackDiecast.co.uk with your order number and photos of the damage so we can resolve it for you.
7. Missed Deliveries and Wrong Addresses
  • Royal Mail will attempt delivery according to their standard local guidelines.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you, or failure to collect from a local Royal Mail customer service point, a re-delivery fee will apply. [1, 2]
